• UDBL is not responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the contents of any website linked to the Site.
  
• No waiver by UDBL of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by the duly authorized representative of UDBL.
  
• This Agreement shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
