Provide transaction advisory support for project conceptualization, design, and execution. This includes capital mobilization through debt and equity financing, deal syndication, financial structuring, and management of legal and technical processes required to close transactions. The Bank may also establish special funds to provide blended finance solutions or cover critical pre-operational costs, including legal and technical expertise.
